Orange Stay Apartments Melbourne operates at 74A/889 Collins Street Docklands.
Our office is located at the back of the 889 Building next to the river and please proceed to our office for check in process.
Please inform Orange Stay Apartments in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of AUD 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property.
Please note that late check-in carries the following extra charges: -
From 18:00 to 22:00 AUD 50 -
After 22:00 AUD 100.
No check in after 12 midnight is allowed.
Also lock box service is available free of charge with adequate photo ID and credit card provided prior to arrival at no later than 2pm on arrival date.
Housekeeping service can be requested weekly for staying more than 7 nights at extra costs. Guest can request daily housekeeping service at extra charges.
