This light & bright well presented studio apartment is located right in the heart of Fitzroy, between Smith St & Brunswick St, so close to an array of shops, pubs, restaurants, transport, universities, hospitals & the CBD. Within 200 metres of the front door, turn right & you can enjoy the awesome Napier Hotel or turn left for all that Smith Street has to offer.
