The apartments are joined internally by stairs which makes it ideal for families travelling together that may want their own space but still with the ability to share the home. Central ducted heating and cooling in every room upstairs including the bedrooms means you’ll always be a comfortable temperature no matter the season. All 3 bathrooms have floor heating. There is an open fireplace in the lounge room to create that cosy feel in winter. Downstairs there is a central heater/air conditioner. The house has 2 fully equipped kitchens stocked with new appliances, pod coffee machine, cooking utensils and some basic pantry items. The laundry has an easy to use washing machine and a clothes dryer. There are televisions in the 4 queen bedrooms as well as the 2 lounge rooms, all with free Netflix. There is free Wi-Fi throughout the home. There is 2 queen rooms upstairs which are accessed via a staircase that is steeper and narrower than the staircase heading downstairs.
