We are delighted to welcome you to our newly renovated apartment, located at Kings Beach on the gorgeous Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Once you park your car in the private garage, you will have the best of the best within walking distance, including the best protected beaches which are perfect for the kids and surfers alike, parks, restaurants and bars, cafes and beautiful coastal walks. You need not look further for a perfect family friendly location; you’ve arrived in paradise. Recently renovated, this 2-bedroom apartment on the 3rd floor, provides you with a large fully equipped kitchen and internal laundry with washing machine and dryer, coastal interiors, ocean view and sleeps up to 5 guests. The open plan living area has 2 adjoining balconies, meaning you can open the large doors and let the gorgeous ocean breeze flow through the apartment, whilst listening to the waves. Both bedrooms contain a queen-size bed, bedside tables, reading lamps and hanging cupboard space, with an extra single foldaway bed stored for a 5th guest. NOTE: There are 3 flights of stairs with no lift access. Please consider this before booking with us. What’s included in your apartment?
