Beautiful views, great location at Kings Beach.
This bright and sunny two bedroom/one bathroom second floor unit represents great value for money and is located only a few meters from the popular Kings Beach. Kings Beach has plenty of restaurants, cafes, rock pools, child friendly water fountains and a children's playground.
The kitchen is well equipped including dishwasher and microwave with a DVD in the lounge. The bathroom has been recently renovated and now has a full shower, no bath. The lounge room offers seating for five and also offers good views of the shipping lanes from the balcony and living areas. .
Oceanic also offers a swimming pool in the complex. Please note bedroom linen may differ from the photos. 5th sleeping position is a divan in the lounge area .
Linen is included, beds not made due to linen company used.
Each property has a refundable bond which will be charged when your balance is due.
