Quiet comfortable fully furnished apartment located in the heart of Parramatta. Full panel windows maximise the lovely natural light, air conditioning, fully tiled modern bathroom and an internal laundry with washing machine and dryer. Situated within minutes to Parramatta District, Parramatta Train Station, Parramatta Westfield and many other specialty stores, cafes and restaurants. Property features: * Reasonable rate (Other similar apartment at the same location is normally 300 dollars a day) * One Free Parking spot under the building (Car parking at the same location is normally 25 dollars a day) * Comfortably sized apartment * Modern tiled bathroom * Internal laundry with dryer and washer * Air conditioning * TV * light kitchen appliances (cooking top, cooking pots, knife, chopping board, microwave, kettle etc) * Security intercom system and secure building access * One queen bed for 1 or 2 guests.
