Truly unique, the Classic Penthouse offers a completely private, impressively large Sky Terrace offering panoramic Skyline and Ocean views. The Terrace offers it's own Weber BBQ, Bar Fridge (our welcome offer includes beer, wine and mineral water), and fully equiped terrace kitchen. An entertainers terrace, offering shade or sun. Primary Bedroom Suite includes garden view Spa Bath. In total 238m2 spread over 2 levels. 2 dedicated Car Parks 2.0m. Centrally located to all Broadbeach has to offer.
I have travelled and lived in various lands. I am happiest strolling aimlessly in towns and cities amongst locals, experiencing their particular visuals and tastes. Key exchange will be as we agree, meet or on-site lockbox, and should you prefer, we can introduce you to the apartment. We can be contacted immediately should you need assistance during your stay.
Penthouse 1402, situated in Savannah in Surf Parade, is a 6 minute walk from the Broadbeach South Station, the Gold Coast's main transport hub. It is also 3 minutes walk to the many cafes, restaurants and clubs of the Broadbeach Entertainment Precinct, 4 minutes to the beautiful beach and its' parklands, and 3 minutes to the Star Casino, 6 minutes to the Convention Centre and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre. The Penthouse is in an ideal location. Our location is Urban, with associated expected levels of noise. Broadbeach is a relaxed and easy neighbourhood, offering a vibrant street life. Not to be missed, is a long stroll on the sands of the beautiful surf beach, or, the New Beach Boardwalk. The many offers of Broadbeach are too various and plenty to list here, we recommend the 'Visit Gold Coast' website.
