Rosewater Dromana consists of 3 stunning townhouses located 5 minutes walk from the serene Dromana beach and township. Recently built to provide a combination of a relaxing and modern holiday experience, the property is situated on a small service road with very limited local traffic The local township features many restaurants and cafes, the local hotel, excellent food stores, and local specialty shops. The bay bike and walking trail and the stunning Dromana beach and foreshore are all just a 5 minute walk away. Rosewood is also located within easy access to dozens of world class wineries, golf courses and the Peninsula hot springs in Rye. We have a strict no schoolies policy
