Property information

Enjoy a relaxing stay in this newly built two bedroom holiday house. Relax in a peaceful setting, take a walk along the water, read a book in the hammock, enjoy the sound of birds and just switch off from your busy lifestyle. Beaches are only 15 minutes away by car, or enjoy a delicious long lunch at one of the Central Coasts many eateries. Please note pets are charged per stay.

Neighbourhood information

The property is located in Point Clare right near Gosford and Brisbane Water (2 min walk from the waters edge). The neighbourhood is quiet and the property is located on a cul-de-sac. The closest beaches are Umina and Ettalong which are about 15 min drive away. Aldi, a bottle shop, Thai food and a cafe are a 2 min drive, Coles and shopping centre is less than 5 min drive. Restaurants like The Coast, The Boathouse, Gosford RSL and the Sailing Club are 5-10 min drive away. Please note that the property is near the tramline however most guests advise they hardly notice and noise.
