This spacious and cosy 4-bedroom single storey home, 'The Cloverhill Charm🍀', is located in Gledswood Hills and is the perfect place for families or groups, looking for a home away from home. The house is situated in a peaceful and friendly neighbourhood and is nearby to shops, parks, cafes, and restaurants, making it a convenient home base for short-stays. Main features of the home include: * Spacious open living and dining area * Well-equipped kitchen with essential appliances * Two bathrooms - Ensuite is open plan * Dedicated workspace * Smart TV (50" and 65") in the living areas * Ducted air conditioning * Internal laundry with a washer/dryer combo * Alfresco dining area with grassed area for kids to play * Free Wi-Fi * Garage with internal access
