Owning 3 bedrooms(queen size bed), 1 living room(sofa can be converted to a double bed), 1 dining room, 2 bathrooms, large private grassland and BBQ equipment, Close to Brighton-Le-Sands beach, this charming place is a family -friendly & the perfect place to enjoy sunshine and getaway. Guests have access to the kitchen, living room, a newly renovated bathroom as well as yard and private parking for max 4 vehicles. Equipment: double-door refrigerator, washing machine, micro-wave oven, oven, gas stove, BBC stove, hair drier, air-conditioner, cooker, dish, cutlery Bedroom: double-size bed, bedsheet, quilt, pillow, towel, bed-side table, wardrobe. Hygiene guarantee: Before your check-in, the bedding, towel and facilities have been thoroughly cleaned and safe. Attention: You have access to multiple dining spaces, including a kitchen, restaurant, two living rooms, and outdoor dining tables in the courtyard. In order to keep the bedroom clean and comfortable, dining and food are prohibited in the bedroom. Thanks in advance for your understanding and cooperation.
