Leave the car - short walk to everywhere Fully ducted air conditioning throughout where you can truly enjoy a decadent lifestyle and be the envy of your friends. Three bedrooms containing a king, queen& 2 single beds plus an open plan lounge/dining & kitchen area. Two bathrooms, one with a full-size bath & a separate toilet. large kitchen with new appliances & a laundry containing washing machine & dryer. Curl up on the balcony in our twin love seat, the perfect place to unwind and take in the great coastal scenery. Excellent entertaining area with a charcoal ceramic egg barbecue with direct access to the open plan areas. All beds have quality, comfortable mattresses & crisp linen.
