This luxury retreat is suitable for up to 3 families hosting stunning bay views, a large gas or solar heated pool (additional cost) and spa, cabana with TV and fireplace, flood-lit tennis championship size tennis court, a billiard room, a pizza oven and fabulous entertaining decks with water views! This large holiday house situated adjacent to Mount Martha National Park and located on half an acre, offers a spacious, bayside retreat for 2-3 families housing a configuration of up separate 10 beds. With superb holiday entertainment facilities including a flood lit championship size tennis court (racquets and balls are provided), private fully fenced jacuzzi, pool and deluxe cabana, outdoor wood fire pizza oven, a games room housing a full size slate Pool/Billiard table adjacent to a double lock up garage, ample private landscaped grounds, large entertainers decks on both levels and 2 large living spaces with unsurpassed water and Melbourne city views. On the lower entrance level guests will be greeted with a large carpeted lounge room complete with new contemporary furniture, plasma TV with Foxtel, floor to ceiling windows allowing uninterrupted bay views, an open fireplace and dining to seat 12 people. Bedroom Configuration: Sleeps up to 12 guests across 10 beds. Maximum 8 adults (maximum) and 4 children. Bedroom and bathroom linen are included with your stay. Spare blankets are provided.
