The accommodation units are modern, new and very well located. Both of units (Apartmant 1 and Apartmant 2) have one big comfortable bedroom with living room area, fully equipped kitchen with dinning area and a brand new bathroom. They have separate entrances and are located in a separate floor of a family house. Surrounding garden with outdoor amenities offers lots of space for relaxation during hot summer days.
Aspired by the idea of welcoming people to our beautiful town and country we enjoy sharing the possibility of making a comfortable, enjoyable and peaceful stay for our guests.
The renting units are centrally located, offering easy access to inner center of Foca and touristic restaurant, cafe, shopping area in just a couple of minutes. The neighborhood itself is peaceful and safe, surrounded with family houses. The near proximity to Aqua park, as well as both rivers Drina and Cehotina provides you with lots of interesting daytime summer activities, as well as relaxing evening walks alongside the central promenades of our beautiful rivers. For a more exciting tours and breathtaking view of Foca's panorama, the surrounding hills are also quickly reachable. Additionally, proximity to University hospital Foca, as well as to the medical section of University of East Sarajevo in only 20 min walk makes the renting units suitable also for a temporary business stay.
