This stylish and brand new apartment is perfect for a luxurious stay on the Belgian coast. The apartment is located on a unique piece by the sea (30 sec.) and is seen as one of the gems in Ostend. You always enjoy a frontal sea view from your living room or from your spacious living terrace. Get a glass of wine from the wine fridge in your beautiful open kitchen and experience your dream holiday on the Belgian coast. Refreshment? You can also enjoy all the luxury outside with a private pool and courtyard. The proprety is located only 1 km from the city center and is easily rechable by tram and bus.
the apartment is equipped with all the necessary luxury. 3 very spacious bedrooms, the master bedroom has a private bathroom with shower. The kitchen has a cooking island with built-in wine fridge and coffee maker. You can enjoy two terraces that provide you with sun both in the morning and in the evening. The back terrace has a central view on the pool, ideal for keeping an eye on the children.
The beach is less than 50 meters from the apartment. It is one of the widest beaches on the Belgian coast and is equipped with a dike with all the necessities (restaurants & bars).
