Локацията на студията е изключително добра, топ център на град Варна, с прекрасна гледка към Катедрален храм Варна, непосредствена близост до Драматичен театър "Стоян Бъчваров", Варненската опера, Катедрален храм Варна, главната пешеходна улица на града, банки, пазар за плодове и зеленчуци, аптеки, книжарница, множество ресторанти, магазини, музеи. Много близо до централна автобусна спирка, от която има транспорт за целия град и курортите. С автомобил са бързо достъпни, както летище Варна, така и автогара и жп гара.
