This brand new luxury apparment is featuring 55 sq.m with central heating is located just 2 metro stops from the center of one of the greenest districts of Sofia - Dianabad. It is part of a newly built building next to GM Dimitrov Blvd., only 100 meters from the metro station of the same name. In the same building there are "Billa" and "Mix-Max" stores, in the neighboring pharmacy Remedium and the Russian store "Beriozka". Student Town is within walking distance while Sofia Airport is just a few metro stops away. The heating and hot water is provided by the central heating company, this allows constant soft heat and unlimited hot water.
Green and quiet neighborhoods with close views of Vitosha Mountain. There are large supermarkets, pharmacies and first-class restaurants. The center is very close and can be reached by public transport only 2 metro stops, while Sofia Airport is a few metro stops
