Nessebar Sky Apartment is a boutique apartment, located in Nessebar’s most desirable area – 2 minutes walking distance to South Beach, 1 minute to South Park, 3 minutes from the central pedestrian street with shops and restaurants, 8 minutes from Nessebar Old Town. The apartment has just been fully remodeled with brand new bathroom with toilet and a separate second toilet, designer furniture, top of the line appliances and accessories. Both living room and bedroom have access to a large balcony (10 sq.m.) from where you can enjoy a spectacular panoramic view of the surrounding area and the sea around the Old Town. Beautiful sunrises and mesmerizing sunsets can be seen from the balcony due to its outlay. Each room has individual air conditioners, hi speed WiFi, 43”and 32” led TVs with EON 200 channel TV service and free HBO Max and Netflix. This is a small residential building which means you won’t have to endure the noise and clutter that goes with hotels and vacations complexes. The building has its own gated yard, where bicycles, beach inflatables and others can be stored. The apartment is located on the 5th floor, which guarantees unobstructed views and privacy.
