Freshly built building year 2024. With just 3 apartments per floor, located in a peaceful area. It is suitable for up to 4 people. It has a fully set up kitchen, Wi-Fi, TV, Air Conditioner, Heater. The guests will be accommodated with bathroom supplies. Nearby a bus and a tram station. The distance to the airport is 5 km. The distance to the Central train and bus station is 6.6 km. The distance to central Sofia is less than 5 km. Plenty of local shop supermarkets such as BILLA and a 24/7 nearby.
