Loft novo, recém inaugurado, aconchegante e de bom gosto. C armários novos e espelho de corpo inteiro. C cozinha equipada e muito próximo a bares e restaurantes, supermercado e demais servicos necessários. A Praia de Camburi, o Parque Pedra da Cebola ficam muito próximo. O Barracão das Paneleiras, Aeroporto Novo de Vitoria e a UFES.

Gosto muito de viajar, assim como tambem gosto de organizar ambientes. Gosto de atender bem as pessoas e faço o melhor possível pelos hospedes.

Bairro nobre, tranquilo, residencial e seguro. Todos os serviços proximos a acomodaçao: restaurantes, bares, supermercados, ´padarias, drogarias, parques para caminhada e a praia tb, alem do aeroporto novo de Vitoria. Sugestão de passeio bem próximos Parque Pedra da Cebola e Praia de Camburi. A Ilha das Caieiras polo gastronômico fica TB na Cidade de Vitoria, Projeto Tamar, Aquaviário de Vitoria ambos na Praça do Papa, praia Curva da Jurema e outras pequenas praias como Ilha do Boi e Ilha do Frade ótimos pontos turísticos na cidade de Vitoria que e' uma ilha como Florianópolis e como São Luiz no Maranhao
