A apartment on the 32nd (sub-penthouse) floor of one of the highest buildings on the famous Ponta Negra Beach in the sunshine city of Natal. The apartment boasts an open plan living room / dining room / fully equipped kitchen. Two double bedrooms and 2 full shower rooms, both en-suite. The views from the balcony are the very best in natal with sea views from all principal rooms with fully Air Conditioner . The apartment also benefits from international cable TV in the living room and master bedroom, plus unlimited internet access. apartment is in as new condition. Guests also enjoy unlimited access to the facilities in Blue Ocean, including an outdoor pool, sauna, basketball court . The apartment also benefits from a covered secure on-site car parking space within the basement of the building. The Blue Ocean complex has 24 hour on site security and is gated. The beautiful Ponta Negra beach is less than 3 minutes walk away, with its array of restaurants and bars all within easy reach. One can take advantage of the many tours and day trips available to purchase locally, including Buggy rides in the dunes and boat trips to the dunes

only 3 minutes walking to Ponta Negra beach. very safe. with supermarkets , restaurants , pharmacy and cash machine around the building !
