Welcome Fill up on light in Le Halo, my brand new condo perfectly designed for 4 people. All in a completely soundproof building located in one of the liveliest areas of Quebec: the Noovo Saint-Roch. The shared rooftop terrace will give you the opportunity to barbecue and feast with your friends. The gym, for its part, offers a magnificent view of the city. In addition, there are indoor parking spaces. Looking forward to welcoming you :) The place You always feel a special feeling when you enter a brand new home. The smell of novelty and the sight of modern facilities, its wood paneling and chic decor will delight you throughout your stay in this bright one bedroom property for up to 4 people. The calm and the serenity will seize you as soon as you enter the accommodation. The living room, dining room and kitchen are designed in a bright and spacious open area for meetings. In the living room, a large sofa that can convert into a bed is at your disposal. Walk through the glass door and drink your morning coffee while reading your latest emails through your private balcony.

Neighbourhood information

My apartment is located at the entrance of downtown Quebec City, at the corner of Charest and Langelier boulevards. It is located in the heart of the St-Roch district. The area is particularly popular with foodies: the excellent tables adjoin the small neighborhood restaurants where you eat well at a very good price, while the microbreweries have the wind in the sails and brew fresh refreshing beers. Do not forget to visit a delicatessen to bring the local terroir home! In the summer, young web and video game professionals mingle with students to dine al fresco in the Jean-Paul-L'Allier garden, an oasis of greenery in the heart of the city. In winter, the neighborhood hosts a lit Christmas tree 15 meters, quite fairy. The area has also hosted the Jamboree since 2005, the FIS Snowboard and Freeski World Cup. If you want to be full of strong emotions, this is where it happens! In any season, we enjoy the entertainment of the district day and night, thanks to the many bars and pubs where we extend the evening after a show of music or theater. An astonishing light path guides our steps along Saint-Joseph Street, modulating at the option of passers-by and movement.
