This 1-bedroom basement apartment is in the heart of the James North neighbourhood, one of the BEST and safest areas in all of Hamilton, surrounded by fabulous bars and restaurants with patios within walking distance. You will have exclusive use of this apartment, located on the basement level, down the stairs at the back of the building. You’ll love the space: • 1 bedroom with a comfortable queen-size bed • Spacious living room with sofa bed • Fully equipped kitchen • Smart TVs, plus high-speed internet • 450 sq. ft ■ To ensure a safe and secure stay for everyone, we require guest ID verification for all reservations. Thank you for your cooperation—we look forward to hosting you! ■ Please note there's ongoing construction in the building occurring during the day. ■ Please note that there are security cameras monitoring the building exterior and shared corridors for the safety and security of the building. ■ The apartment has centralized heating but does not have air conditioning. Fans are available for your comfort. We're happy to deliver: --> a "Pack 'N Play Crib" for CAD 40 (one-time fee) --> a Highchair for CAD 40 (one-time fee) -->Pets are very welcome at our home. We accept one large dog (40 lbs or more), up to two small dogs (under 40 lbs). Please note that we do not accept cats at this time. --> For stays of 21 days or longer, a mid-stay cleaning is required. This cleaning service is essential to keep the property in top-notch condition for your enjoyment. Please note that there will be a charge for this cleaning service. Noise Awareness Please note that this property is located in a residential building where sound can sometimes carry between units. You may hear footsteps or movement from neighboring condos during your stay. While this is normal in multi-unit buildings, we want you to feel informed and prepared.
