Welcome to our 3 bedroom, 2 bath home, centrally located on a low traffic court. Spacious, clean and bright! Featuring a large walkout family room with high ceilings and a wood-burning fireplace. Completely renovated with wood floors throughout. Large sunny west-facing backyard and 5 car parking on driveway. Enjoy many unique amenities like our chromo therapy steam room & Brazilian hammock. Walking distance to strip plaza, restaurants & parks. A comfortable home away from home! ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES/EVENTS ALLOWED. The house is being monitored therefore we will know and it will be shut down immediately. No refunds. "Extra guests/visitors" not registered to be in the house will be removed and additional charges will be added.
We will be available to communicate. The house is in a small court, we ask that you please be respectful to our neighbors, they help keep an eye on things.
Our home is located in a family-friendly cul-de-sac in the city of Pickering, about a 40 minute drive to downtown Toronto. Pickering is an outer suburb of the GTA (Greater Toronto Area) in Ontario. It's a 15-20 minute walk to Pickering Town Centre (mall), grocery stores, restaurants, public transportation (i.e., GO train), schools and parks. Parking is available right on the property, the driveway can accommodate at least 5 vehicles. There is free parking on the street, however your vehicle must be registered with the City of Pickering prior to.
