This two new basement units are located at the Center of North York - Toronto! Each unit comes with an ensuite bathroom and a separate entrance. There is No parking available for the Bird Room. There is One parking available for the King Room. The location is closer to everything you need, from restaurants, bars, trails, parks, and groceries. 7mins drive to Seneca College Newnham Campus, 7 mins drive to Highway 401 & Highway 404; 15 mins drive to downtown Toronto, 25 mins drive to the airport. 5 mins walking to TTC Bus. The Finch and Leslie Plaza, where you can find Sunny Supermarket, Chattime, Congee Wong restaurant etc..., is just 8 mins walking from the house. It is perfect for a single or couple who want to explore North York, Markham and Toronto Downtown.
