Fall Special: 202 per night from October 4th to October 25th. Minimum of 4 nights. This beautiful summer home is perfect for your vacation or getaway This is an non-smoking home. Booking details: July and August bookings can only be setup from Saturday to Saturday, May, June, September and October bookings for guests who seek a shorter stay can be booked from a minimum of 4 nights and are flexible to check in any day of the week. We are receptive to family bookings, couples getaways, golf group bookings as well as small fitness retreats for up to 6 people ( yoga, mediation, tai chi, etc.) We have a beautiful backyard with a deck for these ventures. The high ceilings and clean lines of the interior with its personalized decor offers a warmth and ease for guests wanting a break from their day to day activities. Whether you choose to drink your morning coffee on the deck outside or in the screened in porch, you will feel relaxed and finally, on vacation. We cater to our guests whether they are a couple or family of six. The cottage is well stocked with kitchen amenities including a fully stocked spice rack, air fryer and other equipment. The Master Bedroom has a King size bed and plenty of closet space to store your belongings. The second main bedroom has a single over a double bunk bed and the Loft bedroom suite that looking over the main floor below, has two twin beds and is accessed through the lovely spiral staircase. It is a very clean, tidy place ready to give you a great stay. There is high speed Wifi access. All rooms have ceiling fans and extra mobile fans are provided for the warm season. The nice thing with its locations is usually there is a breeze coming from the ocean that cools the cottage in the evenings. The bar style galley kitchen is great for chatting while getting your meals ready and the dining area looks into a big backyard for the kids. The living space is open and accessible for lounging, enjoying company and just relaxing.

This is a quiet cottage area with lots of room to relax and unwind. Walking trails, golf courses and beaches are nearby.
