5 specious bedroom, 2 bathroom, north and south facing decks, with open concept kitchen welcomes 2 or 3 families to North Van. Centrally located, the house is 5 minutes drive to down town Vancouver, 4 minutes to West Van beach, 3 minutes to Capilano Suspension Bridge, 2 minutes to Grouse Mountain and 1 minute to Cleveland Dam hiking trails. North Shore offers variety of authentic cuisines. The house has EV Tesla Station, outdoor ping pong table, wall cinema projector and new AC.
Gordana is mother of two young adult, wife and Chartered Professional Accountant. Our family has travelled a lot and we are glad that we can offer good experience to our guests who we host in our house in North Vancouver.
Very quiet neighborhood, clean air and the best water; only 500 meters from the Capilano Lake, where the whole city gets the best water. The neighborhood is very safe as no incidents of the crime. Beware of bears during the summer months in mountain area. Public buses is available on Capilano Road and Montroyal Blvd.
