Welcome to our exclusive apartment in a central location directly on the shores of Lake Constance – in the heart of Rorschach. This newly renovated accommodation combines high-quality furnishings with ideal accessibility and an incomparable view of the lake. The apartment features spacious bedrooms, two with queen-size beds and one with a king-size bed, offering peace and comfort for up to six guests. The open-plan designer kitchen is fully equipped. From the balcony, you can enjoy a direct, unobstructed view of Lake Constance – a highlight at any time of day. Just a few steps away are various shops (2 minutes on foot) and Rorschach train station (approx. 3-4 minutes on foot), ensuring convenient arrival and departure. A special bonus: The 28 Café Lounge, a stylish meeting place with a wide range of offerings, is located on the ground floor. It's ideal for working from home thanks to free Wi-Fi, relaxing coffee breaks, or a mid-morning snack with croissants and various desserts.
