Property information

The room offers around 15 square meters of living space, is east-facing, built in 2001, and is modernly furnished with wooden floors and warm colors. It features a double bed (180 x 200 cm) or, if needed, two single beds (90 x 200 cm) and bedside tables. A TV, table and chairs, underfloor heating, a Nespresso coffee machine, and a kettle are also available. The bathroom with a shower, toilet, and underfloor heating is located on the same floor and is shared with guests from the ground floor room. The room has direct access to the living room and the kitchen, which are shared spaces with the owner of the hosue. The kitchen is equipped with all useful kitchen utensils, a refrigerator with a freezer compartment, and a ceramic glass cooktop. Pets are not allowed. This is a non-smoking apartment. WiFi is available in the house.
