Chalet for 12 persons on the ski slope of Nendaz. Easy access with the car to the chalet and real ski-in/ski-out property. 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, sauna area, fully equipped kitchen, living area. First floor: Spacious living room with fireplace and large windows overlooking the ski slope and the Alps. Open kitchen, fully equipped with dining room for 12 people Entrance with cloakroom and toilet -1 floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet 1 bedroom with 2 single beds 1 bedroom with 2 bunk beds ( 4 people) 1 bathroom with shower, toilet and a sauna - 2 floor: 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with bath and toilet 1 bedroom with a double bed and an en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet Laundry room with washing machine and dryer 2 outside parking spaces Equipment: Induction hob, dishwasher, Dolce Gusto coffee maker, toaster, kettle, 2 ovens, 1 raclette and pancake party set (8 people) and 1 fondue set. DVD player, wifi. Hair dryers. Good to know Tourist taxes, final cleaning as well as bed linen and towels are included in the total price for the number of people indicated during the reservation. Additional sheets and towels for CHF 35/person. Baby pack optional for CHF 25 (Baby bed, fitted sheet, towels and high chair). Wood for the fireplace is to be provided by the tenant. In winter the chalet is easily accessible when the roads are clear. However, if the roads are heavily snowed in, it is necessary to have chains for the car. We recommend that you take some with you just in case. We would like to inform you that bachelor/bachelorette parties or other noisy parties are not allowed.
