Two childhood friends are reunited after 20 to 25 years, are beginning to visit and Renzo decides to invest in the area with sites and houses for rent, the whole experience has because it has a boutique hotel in Santiago and above family Hotel administered. It is a great challenge and offers 6 hectares with duck river banks, which want to install many houses
1 hectare site with two beautiful houses one for 6 people and one for 3 independent 50 meters each, fully equipped, with many native trees, a small stream that crosses the land, excellent view bolcan Calbuco. There is possibility to lease smaller neighboring house is located 150 meters from the main house.
The sector is very quiet, comes locomotion twice daily in the morning and early afternoon, it is advisable to arrive by car, arriving from Puerto Varas .. you take the road to Ensenada at 10 kilometers turn right path gravel or dirt after advancing 10 kilometers approximate have to turn right sign to Puerto Montt from there are 7-8 kilometers before reaching the bridge gate black trunks advance 400 meters driveway and arrive at your destination.
