New Modern Studio with NTR No.110083, very updated and cozy. Ideal for a couple or a maximum of 4 guests to sleep comfortably. Close to shopping area and 5 minutes away from La Basilica Señor De Los Milagros. Very friendly neighborhood. The place has it’s own entrance and garage. It also has security camaras in the outside entrance and inside the garage. NO CAMARAS ARE INSIDE THE STUDIO FOR GUESTS PRIVACY. The premise is smoke free and no parties are permitted. Foto ID is required and a 50% deposit in a Bancolombia account.
