Buntes House was born as an idea to create a space for those who seek the comfort of feeling at home in an environment where they can share with other people in a comfortable and calm atmosphere. If you are a traveler and you are looking for a neighborhood with a strategic, safe, beautiful and residential location and where you can connect with the local culture, then this is the place for you!

At Buntes house you can choose between using our large fully equipped kitchen or ordering our typical super breakfast prepared by our charismatic and charming head housekeeper. The space has 8 rooms ranging from quadruple, triple, double and single, some with private bathroom and others with shared bathroom. They all have a different decoration and touch of color, they have Smart TV, access to netflix, youtube and internet in general, so if you are a digital nomad and internet speed is a priority for you , our 100 Mb of speed will allow you to work comfortably from any corner of the house. The rooms also have everything you need to enjoy a pleasant stay; comfortable beds with sheets, blankets and two pillows per person, towels, closet, bedside table and reading light, power outlet and fan for those hotter days in Medellin and most of the rooms have natural light and large windows to the outside.

Neighbourhood information

Our location is exceptional, the accommodation is a 5-minute walk from the Floresta metro station and about 15 from the stadium station, also if you want a little more action, you can have a short walk to av 70, an area famous for its bars, restaurants and nightclubs. Walking just one block away you will also find Av 80 with many local shops, greengrocers and supermarkets where you can do your shopping if you prefer to save a little money and prepare your own meals. In this same area you will also find the Atanasio Girardot sports complex that has a huge sports facility open to the public by simply registering and creating a reservation. Take advantage of jogging tracks, pools of all shapes and sizes, skate park, soccer fields, basketball courts, and much more. Plus, aerobics classes like Zumba, and even salsa, are offered at night for free. Getting around Medellín from the accommodation is also great since the Floresta metro station is only 5 minutes away, in the same way there are many bus routes that pass through 80 Avenue, which is only two blocks away!
