Viva la vida! Viva is the most modern building in Jacó, uniting functional architectural design, high quality construction and top of the line finishes. We are at 8th floor with roofed terrace, cross ventilation and tons of natural light. A few steps from the most famous beach in Costa Rica Playa Jacó, where you can enjoy its waves, which are unique for surfing, or simply to enjoy this beautiful Pacific Ocean with the family, you can walk along its beach, and if you like to try different foods
