These newly constructed 2 or 3 bedroom villas are located in the heart of bustling Marina Pez Vela and offers guests panoramic ocean and mountain views in a luxurious setting. Guests can choose from one of 7 international restaurants located within the marina and enjoy boutique shopping, car rentals and more at their fingertips. Our villas offer a spacious terrace that overlooks the quaint Sunset Plaza of Marina Pez Vela, where guests can walk to 6 different restaurants, coffee shops, Italian Gelato, a small super market, beauty salon, full service pharmacy and medical clinic and great shopping for all your beach and boating needs. All villas have exclusive access to a spectacular roof top pool which looks out over the marina and resident yachts, dramatic coastline and Fila Chonta Mountain range.

Quepos is the gateway to Manuel Antonio National Park. The city is very tourism-oriented, having many bars and restaurants and a vivacious night-life. The town is named for the native Quepo Indians who inhabited the place in the colonial era. Quepos is well known thanks to being the gateway to a popular National Park and beaches in Costa Rica. Several years ago the country's park service imposed limits on the number of visitors to the park (600 per day, and it is closed on Mondays).
