This property is located 200 meters from the Montezuma Canopy and the amazing waterfalls, and 3 minutes drive to the center of Montezuma and the beach. 10 minutes to cabuya beach, 25 minutes to Cabo Blanco reserve, 25 minutes to Santa Teresa, Playa Carmen and Mal Pais.

great and quite neighborhood with lots of nature such as Capuchino monkeys, Congo monkeys, iguanas, pisotes, beautiful butterflies, sometimes you may see the blue morpho butterfly too, birds and much more.
