Our Condominiums are fully equipped with all the kitchen utensils: Microwave, coffee maker, rice cooker, blender, kitchen, fridge, etc. The rooms located on second floor, equipped with AIR CONDITIONING, pillows, sheets, quilts, cloths, WIFI, TV + cable. The licing room overlooking the mountains located on ground floor with ceiling fans and standing. The view from all points of the house is spectacular and especially from the roof where you will find chairs for sunbathing, BBQ, etc. Only 700 meters from Playa Mantas. Also 400 meters from the Pops (ice cream parlor), the mini-supermarket and the pizzeria. The pool has an area for both adults and children and the ranch is equipped with tables, chairs, refrigerator, meat grills, bathrooms, showers, etc. You will have the opportunity to enjoy our tropical climate and observe the beauty of Lapas and Toucans flying in its surroundings.
We love making our customers feel at home and enjoy the best vacations on the beach. So our staff at both Playas del Coco and the Punta Leona resort, specifically in our Villa Leona condominiums, will attend them as they deserve, so that they spend the best vacations with friends and family and enjoy comfort, security and the rich climate on our beaches.
The houses are completely independent, surrounded by a beautiful landscape where you can observe diversity of flora and fauna. Only 600 meters from Playa Manta. It has security 24 hrs. You can go for a walk or bike and enjoy the beauty of the landscape in peace.
