QA25 is a beautiful 10000sq m property with a river in the front & river in the back the house is situated in the front area with a 68sq m deck with outdoor prep & grilling area. There is a above ground plunge pool to refresh from the heat. The property is surrounded by lush greenery & a significant amount of different species like sloths, iguanas, toucans, lapas & many more. Bird watchers would enjoy all the different bird species that visit & live on QA25.
I am a 50 something retired female that enjoys singing dancing & family socializing
La Colonia is a district within the city of guapiles. There are 3 small grocery stores 350 meters away There is a very welcoming catholic church & jehovah meeting hall just 350m north There is a town park & soccer field aswell 350m from QA25 If you are looking for more options guapiles centre is 3km away with all big city amenities Please try my favorite open air bar & restaurants area it's called La Comarca only 2km away from QA25
