Property information

This property has 2 rooms, a living room with kitchen, a bathroom, and a nice balcony facing the garden and swimming pool. It is located in Tropical Resort. It is 5 minutes walking rom the beach, and 10-15 minutes walking to Santa Maria City Center. The Resort has security, and it has emergency generator. This is important, because in Cape Verde the light is not 100% reliable, but here it doesn't fail. Our apartment is fully equipped, bed linen, and towels are included. We offer a regular cleaning once a week, if you stay longer.

Neighbourhood information

Very close to the best beach of Sal Island. 5 minutes walking. Resort Tropical is located in the Hotel's avenue, behind Moradias Djadsal Azul. Snack Bar, Restaurant and supermarket at 2-3 minutes walking distance. 10-15 minutes walking to Santa Maria city center.
