Enjoy the amazing most awarded Nissi Beach, which is only a 10 minute walk away! The famous and popular Nissi Avenue with many shops and restaurants is only a short walk away from the Villa.

The area is within walking distance from the highly recommended and famous Nissi Beach (1 km away) while the not so famous but still awarded beach of Vathia Gonia is only 445 metres away. Nissi avenue is only 2 minutes on foot away where you can get access to many shops, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies and anything else you may need. The direct neighbourhood surrounding the villa is very quiet, perfect for a family or couples who are looking to relax but stay close to basic amenities at the same time.
