Goudi Residence is the perfect luxury family retreat with something for everyone. Our younger guests will love the trampoline, with safety net, and the mini football goalposts as well as the foosball and ping pong tables and our Games Console. Our adult guests will enjoy the generous 5 x 13 overflow heated swimming pool with Hydromassage jets across, as well as our state-of-the-art grilling and outdoor cooking and dining facilities in the extended Patio area that comes with a comfortable bar! Goudi Residence harmoniously combines modernity and luxury with tradition and our inner courtyard is a trip back in time. We are proud to note that we have furnished the villa to the highest standards with our guests’ comfort in mind. The kitchen is loaded with high quality electrical appliances (Miele, Fisher Paykel), dishwasher and dryer and a professional wine cooler for wine afficionados. Both our indoor and outdoor dining tables are generous and tasteful, but the absolute highlight of Goudi Residence is its extended outdoor covered Patio area with all its facilities which will make for an excellent al fresco dining experience. We have catered to welcome guests over the winter season and to that effect, the pool can be heated and the indoor wood fireplace in the open plan living area will serve our guests well over the colder winter months. All our five bedrooms come with Queen- or King-sized beds. Three are found on the elevated ground floor; Our master bedroom offers shower ensuite facilities whilst the other two share a second spacious shower bathroom. Two of our bedrooms have private entrances in our inner courtyard and lower ground floor of the villa. Both offer ensuite shower facilities and one of them comes with a small kitchenette for guests who wish to have more freedom and privacy.

The villa is tucked away on the greens of the riverbed on the outskirts of Goudi Village, offering extended privacy and yet great access to the nearby Seaside Resort of Polis and the Latchi beaches which are a five-minute drive away.
