Dear guests, 1.the property is secure by 24/7 monitoring. 2.security company presence once a day in the area. 3.the is a storage room which is unavailable for guests located on the left side of the house. 4.the parking is available outide the storage room or on the street free of charge. 5.the entrance to the area is with parking barrier: the code will be given with reservation 6.there is a karaoki system available on the property.
