The tranquility and warmth of the area make it ideal for those seeking relaxation and genuine Cypriot hospitality. Additionally, the location is excellent, as it is just 7 minutes from the sea, providing easy access to the beach for moments of relaxation by the water. Agios Theodoros is centrally located between three cities: Nicosia, Limassol, and Larnaca, with the latter being home to Cyprus' international airport, offering easy access to the whole island
