Accommodation is suitable for solo travelers, couples, business travelers, families with children and pets. Apartment with separate entrance is located in a private house in the center of the village Kostomlaty nad Labem with a population of about 1600 people. Here you can enjoy peace, fresh air, quiet, authentic Czech countryside. Near the house, there is a grocery shop, post office, bakery and 2 Czech pubs. Price of beer is about 1 EUR for 0.5 l. Comfortable train will get you to the very center of Prague (Náměstí Republiky) in 45 minutes. The station is 150 meters far from the house. The train goes every hour (ín the morning - 2 times per hour). Free parking is available near the house. A trip by car to the nearest metro station Černý most takes 20 minutes. Transfer from Prague's international airport (35 EUR) / Main Railway Station (20 EUR) is available upon request.

You can take a pleasant stroll to the river Labe (Elbe), which is 2 kilometers far from the house. Asphalt road leads through the fields and a mixed forest, where you might meet hares, deer, foxes, coypus. Cycle route leads along the river. Spa resort Poděbrady is 15 km away (20 minutes by train or by car), it is also known by its crystal factory. Factory Shop is located near the railway station. Town Nymburk is situated 7 kilometers away. There you can find a hypermarket Albert, several supermarkets: Kaufland, Lidl, Penny, an excellent butcher, several pharmacies.
