Chalupa se nachází v klidné části obce, obklopena polem a zámeckým parkem, který nabízí překrásný výhled na zeleň se stromy. V přízemí je plně vybavená kuchyně s jídelnou a koupelna. V patře jsou ložnice, společenská místnost a koupelna. Součástí chalupy je venkovní pozemek o rozloze 950 m2.Venkovní posezení v kryté pergole, ohniště. Možnost uzamčení cyklistických kol.
