Property information
The beautiful new accommodation KORZO Lipno is located in the very heart of Lipno nad Vltavou, 500 meters from the lake, 600 meters from the Kramolín ski area and 2 km from the top of the treetop trail. The place is ideal for nature lovers, in-line skating, cyclists, or hiking.
The apartments have a fully equipped kitchen, including an oven, fridge, kettle and hood. Free Wi-Fi is available in the apartments.
The apartments are equipped with a balcony or terrace, which is an ideal place to sit with morning coffee or an evening glass of wine.
Construction of new apartments is underway in the peripheral parts of the resort, but we are doing everything in our power to ensure that the construction work does not disrupt the smooth operation of the accommodation facility.
The resort's reception is open daily from 8 a.m. to 6 p.m.
Start your day the easy way. From May 16, 2025, you can add a buffet breakfast to your stay. Breakfast is served daily from 7:30 to 10:00 in our partner restaurant MOLO Bistro, located about 400 m (5-minute walk) from the KORZO Lipno apartments.
Neighbourhood information
The village of Lipno nad Vltavou is located near the dam of the Vltava reservoir Lipno, in the middle of pure Šumava nature. Nevertheless, it has good transport accessibility and an ever-growing number of services. It is one of the most sought-after tourist destinations throughout the country, all year round. At any time of the year, it can provide its visitors with plenty of opportunities for active enjoyment and undisturbed relaxation.
Spring and autumn are the most favorable times for cycling, hiking and fishing in Lipno. Newly built cycle paths lead through the entire area, which will safely lead even lovers of inline skating through the Šumava National Park. Active park Lipno, located only 500 meters from the apartments, is also inviting to visit, with a bike park, a rope park and a bobsleigh track. It is also definitely worth taking a walk along the Treetop Path and enjoying the wonderful view of the Lipno region or taking a cultural trip, for example to the castle, a UNESCO protected monument, in the nearby Český Krumlov.
Fans of water sports - windsurfing, paddleboarding, yachting and kiting - will especially love the summer in Lipno. For swimming, it is possible to use the large sandy beach or, in case of bad weather, the aquaworld 300 meters away. Nearby Czech and Austrian courses are available to golfers.
