OUR APARTMENT "Attika" IN DETAIL:
This bright and exclusive newly built 2 room penthouse apartment is located in Grenzach-Wyhlen in South Baden, Germany, and offers a beautiful view of the city of Basel. You can reach the apartment comfortably and accessible by the elevator. The apartment impresses with its generous living space, which is flooded with light and very attractive due to its large windows and high ceilings. The kitchen, dining area and living room forms an open space living area with a dining table, leather sofa and Smart TV LED flatscreen.
The kitchen is fully equipped and leaves nothing to be desired. All high-quality electrical appliances from Miele are installed in the modern quality fitted kitchen. In the modern daylight bathroom you will find a washstand, an accessible walk-in shower and an electric towel heater.
A highlight of the apartment is the large, sun-flooded terrace in south-western orientation with an elegant comfort lounge set and sunshade for relaxing. You can enjoy the sunset with a beautiful view.
A covered carport parking space is available for you.

LOCATION, SIGHTS & SURROUNDINGS:
The residence is located in the new development area, away from traffic and directly at the Swiss border next to Riehen. You can enjoy some walks in the forest or the by the Rhine river or make a trip to the city of Basel.
There is a nice view from the apartment of the two Roche Towers (Building I+II) and the Basel Cathedral, a landmark of the city of Basel.
The bus to Basel and the centre of Grenzach-Wyhlen runs every 15 minutes and the bus stop is only in a few minutes walking distance.
The ride to Basel-Mulhouse BSL airport takes approximately 15 minutes by car.
