Centraal gelegen in het Sauerland : Winterberg-Niedersfeld. Tweekamerappartement, 1 slaapkamer, 4 personen, incl. keuken, badkamer , open haard en groot zonneterras op het zuiden met weids uitzicht over het landschap. Rustig gelegen, veel privacy en tegelijkertijd centraal tussen de modernste skigebieden van Winterberg , Willingen en Olsberg. In de zomer ook centraal gelegen voor de mooiste wandel, fiets - en motortochten. In de directe nabijheid ligt het meer Hillebachsee met installatie om te waterskiën.
