A supermarket is just a few steps away, the charming old town with restaurants, cafés and other shopping facilities is within walking distance and the Große Wünnow, a tributary of the Müritz, and the Müritz cycle path are just a few minutes' walk away, while a beautiful bathing area on the Müritz is just under 3 km away. The approx. 42 square metre, centrally heated, non-smoking apartment with separate entrance via an open external staircase consists of a combined living room/bedroom (double bed, sitting area, flat-screen TV, radio/CD player) with a visually separated kitchenette (dining table, induction hob, fridge with freezer, microwave, various small kitchen appliances) and a bathroom (shower, WC, hairdryer). The large, furnished roof terrace offers a beautiful view of the greenery. There is also free Wi-Fi, a carport with bicycle storage (lockable), a barbecue and a table tennis table in the garden.
