We actually do architecture as our main job, but we found the location of our property so exciting that we wanted to dig into this new business.

Property information

The accommodation is a new building (KFW 40) from 2023, centrally located between the train station and the city center. The studios are all furnished and have a modern style.

Neighbourhood information

Located between Oldenburg Central Station and the city center, the studios offer the perfect location to visit restaurants, bars and museums within walking distance.
